Simultaneous 5-Axis Milling
A Mazak 5-axis mill provides the precision and smooth motion needed for complex parts, but the machine is only one piece of the process. Success comes from thoughtful CAD review, sophisticated CAM programming, and rigorous inspection. Every critical feature is verified on our 5-axis Mitutoyo CMM, ensuring that the final part performs as designed.

CNC Turning
From precision prototypes to production runs, we provide CNC turning for a wide range of components. Our turning capability is backed by modern equipment and decades of machining experience, making it well suited for customers who need consistent quality and repeatable results.

Wire EDM

Our wire EDM services involve an experienced precision machinist with a brand new Fanuc wire EDM.
Laser Welding

Our Laser welding expertise enables you to solve your design challenges with flexibility and strength. Materials include stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
Laser Engraving

Our 50W laser engraver cuts deep on stainless. It is a galvo style which is good for random surfaces at odd angles.
